1. Do you make custom baits on request?
We sometimes do work with clients on new products. Reach out to us via email or phone and let’s talk about that.
2. Do you offer pro staff opportunities?
We are a small shop and are not currently looking for pro-staffers.
3. How fast will my order ship?
We always try to ship the next business day following the order. We accomplish this 90% of the time. If timing is especially important leave a note for us on your order and we’ll do the best we can to accommodate.
4. Do you provide discounts?
We sometimes will run a promotion that includes a temporary coupon but our prices are competitive so a discount is not necessary.
Returning Your Product
Returning your product is really easy to do. We accept returns up to 30 days after your original purchase. Simply visit the contact page and fill out a return request and we’ll process your return as soon as we receive the product.

Exchanging Your Product
Alternatively, you can exchange your product for a different product or for store credit. The process is simple. Simply visit the contact page and fill out an exchange request and we’ll process your exchange as soon as we receive the product.

Free Shipping
We offer free domestic shipping with orders over $99. Just select the Standard Shipping option at checkout to redeem the free shipping. Shipping for smaller orders is only $5.

Our checkout process is one of the most secure in the business. We offer secure checkout via Stripe for your shopping convenience. All major credit cards are accepted.
